Re-opening Procedures

We just wanted to give our clients an update of what to expect when the time comes to reopen:

  1. The safety of the clients and employees is my priority. We will not accept any clients who are experiencing any COVID 19 symptoms. These include fever, difficulty breathing, sore throat, cough or runny nose or if you have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID 19 and is currently infected.

  2.  We will be wearing proper PPE, as well as offer hand sanitizer for our clients.

  3. We will only be taking appointments, so please check out our website www.nicksbarbershop.net. I will open the appointment book once we know the exact start date.

  4. After each client, we will do a complete disinfect of our station. This includes the chair, all our surfaces, all tools used, cash registers, door handles and anything we think needs to be cleaned.

  5. There will be no waiting area, no waiting chairs, no magazines or newspapers.

  6. The MAX amount of people in the shop will be 6. This includes 3 barbers and 3 clients. If you arrive early, you are asked to wait outside or in your car.

  7. If comfortable, we ask that everyone wear masks. We will have masks and gloves for our clients at an extra cost.

  8. We are still working out some details about having a walk-in only system for 1 or 2 days a week under a controlled environment with MAX occupancy of 6 people to allow our seniors to come, as some don’t have access to a computer.

My Dad, our employees, and I here at Nick’s Barbershop are committed to our customers. We know you are ready to come in for a haircut as I have seen some long hair out there! My promise to you is that I will keep the shop open 24 / 7 until we catch up and you are happy and satisfied with a fresh haircut.

Some of these policies might be subject to change, so please check back or check our website at www.nicksbarbershop.net for any further updates.

Let’s keep our fingers crossed that the Government will let us back to work soon.

You can also follow us on Twitter and Instagram.

Feel free to message me if you any questions about what to expect when we reopen.

Thanks for all your patience. We look forward to seeing everyone soon.
